Default i can't believe this! today i locked my keys in my car!!

past 10 days

A) i was a victim of a hit and run in a parking lot
B) i got towed at O'hare airport
C) locked out today.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SUCKS. AAA came out to the car 3 times and had no success. They did however succeed in disabling all the buttons and switches in the car by trying to get into the car and setting the alarm off.

Y'wanna know Roadside "assistance" told me today??? "sir, i dunno what we can do"

PITIFUL. and they also said "we can't provide you any transportation"

ywanna know what else they said "you shouldn't have locked your keys in"......THANKS BUTTBRAIN.

pathetic.

i will be writing a scathing letter to AOA (not like they will ever listen) but i refuse to let this matter go.

We have PAID for this service, and i am NOT satisfied with an assistance program that provides NO ASSISTANCE.

but i love my TT...dented and all. It's a beast...and it still took on a G35 yesterday and won. I feel like SCARFACE.

cheers

Default I do know of one TT owner that was lucky enough

to have his TT opened by AAA/Roadside Assistance.

I guess you weren't as lucky to get someone that really knows how to use his tools.

Default "you shouldn't have locked your keys in" Hahahah, hindsight is 20/20.

AAA must be rocket scientists if they are able to tell you something like that. Do you still have the valet key that came with the car? I used to have this on my house key chain seperate from my flip key so that I could avoid anything like this happening. However, it wouldn't do much good now because the plastic key broke in half from being in my pocket for so long and I had to throw it away. The car comes with like, four keys or something. Sorry to hear this. -Doug

Default I've locked my keys in the car too! Like a week after I got it......

It was very simple too!

The car was locked. I was at work and i needed to grab my digital camera out of the trunk. I used the keypad to open the trunk I set my keys down started moving a couple things around decided I didn't want to take the whole camera case with me so I left it and it was laying over my keys. Outta sight outta mind so I forgot all about the keys and I closed my trunk and heard the little " BEEP! " sound and was like........................... " Where's my keys?"

LMAO true story, what makes it even worse was that I had my little plastic key in my wallet..... That was in the glove compartment!!!!! hahaha So I was really stuck. I had to have my sister drive 30 miles to bring me my double spare keys. LOL That was a bad day....

haha

Default looks like lucky star didnt shine on you.

Good practice to always keep your workshop key in your wallet or something.
