I was inspired - I did my own house mod - hardwood floors for me ...... YAY!
So I finally did some work on my house, I replaced all the broken screens, fixed some siding and then went to work on the house with the floors.
Here are some pics detailing the process, it is not fun, but the outcome was well worth it IMO:

Still have some trim to do and a little finalizing if you will, but man do they make the house look great!

Regular hours - like 8 - 5 or something
The first day or so was pulling up carpet and padding and that was really the worst - I think if you have 2 younger guys (my father in law is 60!) you can get it done in 2 days - IMO
