Re: I need a new battery.. Anything recommended? What shall I do?
Mine conked 10 months ago and I went for a new one at my Audi dealer - and paid about double the price of an ordinary battery. I have read tests of batteries and believe it or not the common Duralast (premium - not "economy") from an Autozone was rated better than a DieHard. I have five other cars and have had good luck with the "garden variety" Duralast. When TT needs another battery I will go with this route. I think a stock TT does fine with about any good quality battery...no need to go overboard.
