I rented an S2000 for a day..... my impressions vs. TT coupe
Well first I got into the car, it seemed a lot smalller then the TT interior, and obviously looked like a Honda interior(cheap) and the digital dashboard. Then I made a left out of the lot and almost lost control at very low speed. In fact thats one of the major downsides of the car, it seems to float above 60mph and can only stick to any curve at very low speed. It did seem a bit faster then my modified TT but not that noticable.
I did like the 6th gear(I have a 180 TT) and it had pretty short shifts. But the best was the sound @ 8000 RPMs. It sounded like I was at a racetrack. And I got the same type of comments I get with the TT. I also liked the white paint w/ red+black interior. There were also radio controls on the dash, so you could keep the radio closed.
I rented it @ rent-a-vette in Las Vegas. (Their TT was rear ended and was totaled.) For $32k its a bit overpriced, for $42k its a rip off.

Is that the one on the strip N of Monte Carlo?
For anyone going to Vegas, I saw a Desert Green TTR at the rental car agency on the Strip between the Holiday Inn Boardwalk and Monte Carlo...
