I had a great time watching the racing and walking the pit's. Saw some guys from the Quattro Club. They had Alfa, Porsches, Mustangs and Vette's. Ok, yes there were some America trash at this event. Being a Euro-Sob. Great place to go and the best part is I got Brian Redman autograph. Probably one of best all time racer in a lot of different class. He raced 917 Porsches, when racing was at the top of it game. Can-Am cars are my favorite. 1000HP and you had to have the ball's to use it. He a guy who had tee-time after the races. Always thinking about golf.

Any idea when the vintage races are scheduled to be at PIR or did I already miss it?

Default This weekend. The Sat Oregonian did a write-up. ...

Can't find any info on the PIR website other than this.

Default Hey John, sorry about not getting back to you right away. You'll have a great time at the event.

I would be going this weekend but I'm going to see all my family in California. I talked to the event coordinator today - all cars from last weekend will be there. He said even more cars will show up. Saw the Audi, Porsche & Ferrari. I'm at a loss for words. Have a beer for me and enjoy yourself. If I can I'll try and make it to the Monterey Historics. That's the best car show in North America. (August 18-20.) Below is just a sample of type cars I saw.
