Sorry to hear... but nothing like when I threw my lower back out in March while skiing. OUCH!

I could barely move, never mind drive the 350 miles back to NJ in my TT from Killington VT in excruciating pain. I was crippled and crouched over for about 2 weeks afterwards. Count your blessings, it really sucks to have a weak lower back. :/

In any case, heft a few extra glasses of vino tonight and you'll feel fine.
