Information Display Pixels
Help!
I have a 2001 TT roadster. The information display on the dash is losing lines of pixels. Is this a typical problem with the TT? Is there an easy way to fix it. Loose wire, plug etc....

Cluster going bad most likely.. you can get it rebuilt here for around $250

How do they typically start going bad? Mine is showing a dark spot in the ...
upper left corner, most noticeable when I've selected a CD in my stereo and the information is displayed in the cluster.
I'm going to the dealer very soon to have my fuel gauge dealt with (it's reading 1/4 tank more than it should)... will Audi replace the entire instrument pod, to include the LED information display?

when i spoke to them a year ago>>>
they would not do it.. I described the symptoms of my cluster and they indicated it was a spring that is in the cluster that was hosed and could not fix it. The gauge works, it is just reading high. When the car is stone cold, and the ignition is on, it is dead center....let me know what happens chris....i am curious again...
