Default interior turn signal light staying on solid

I finally got around to putting my smoked side markers in, removing the side reflectors on the light housing, and painting it. Put it all together, worked fine for 1 day, looks great. But on my way home from work today the when i used my turn signals the light inside stayed solid. I played with it for a bit but it just stayed solid but sometimes blinked once or twice. I didnt check what the outside lights on the front and rear are doing(very very hot out, just got home from work.)

Anyone ever have this problem? I made sure all connections where secure on the lights.

Default smoked markers need more blinker fluid to get the light thru the darker lens

Your reservoir was probably just about empty and the smoked markers put it over the edge. It's pretty easy to replace the blinker fluid reservoir yourself.

Seriously, the blinker relay is a common failure. It's part of the red hazard switch in the dash. How-to replace is in the FAQ..

Default ahh yes the blinker fluid reply.. anyway. Stalk or hazard switch

Well, I've had a chance to relax and I probably should've researched a bit before posting right after work. I guess I deserve the blink fluid replies... ;]

I've seen to answers either hazard switch(easiest) or the turn signal stalk. Anyone have this exact issue and one didnt work? If not I guess its time to order the hazard switch.

I'm in the "other 25%" but haven't bothered with trying something else yet.

Default If it's just one side it could be one of the bulbs out, I believe it requires......

sufficient current to make the blinker function. At least I've had that on other vehicles I've owned.

Default Should have gotten Lucas blinker fluid

it also qualifies as corrosion protection when it leaks on the car

Default Have you tried the e-flasher switch?...

because they're separate functions - the e-flashers can work perfectly when the turnsignals don't.
