It has cleared customs and is waiting to get boarded onto the train to Tacoma where it will be unloaded onto a truck and delivered to Seattle. Best case is a week, worst case is 2 weeks. Of course, I might have to wait an extra week, because I have to travel to Europe for Business on the 16th for a week.

Call your dealer...
All dealers have access to computer records which indicate the status of your car. Having a VIN means the car has begun production. Next status step I believe is car competed, then in transit, in port, handed off to the carrier for final delivery to the dealer. The system uses letters A-F to designate status with F signifying the final status - final delivery to dealer.
Hope this helps.
