Default John S..it says DTC catalyst (BANK 2) below threshold

I'm thinking the A/F mixture has become super free flowing and not creating a proper fuel mixture to the amount of air. Maybe I'm talking out of my butt hole but I need your help. What should I capture for you and I'll Email you my results. Let me know what blocks you want to determine an idea of what I need to purchase. I don't want to waste $ on unnecessary parts. You saw my engine its the same as yours AMU series 5V K04 Turbo- w/ MTM 2.75 "downpipes high flow 100cpsi catalyst and 2.75" cat-back exhaust. BMC CDA w/ aluminum intake 3.50 + g/s@idle 800-810 engine speed and ported TB, MTM ECM chipped (Gen. 1b version right before Gen II) 1020mbar command pressure Boost 1020/30 @intercoolers depends on atmospheric temp has dropped as low as 1000mbar command pressure , TURBOXS DV w/6 washers, removed windshield insulation for better engine bay heat exhaustion, H&R coilovers, neuspeed front and rear swaybars, HRE wheels and Pilot Sports staggered 225/40,255/35.

that's all folks...for now.

Default Check the secondary O2 sensor wiring. It's possible it was damaged during the cat. Installation and

it failed over time. You might also want to check the primary O2 sensor connector for heat damage and to make sure the pins haven't backed out of the connector housing. Mine just about melted off.

How bad would you say or how detrimental to the engine for driving temporarily?

Wouldn't the VAG-COM tell me this though? It passes. Or not 100% reliable?

Default I don't think it can tell you that but I could be wrong. It's very easy to physically check the...

wires and connectors.

Default Dunno. It might just be caused by a bad sensor as well. I would suspect the sensor...

or wiring first over anything else.

Default It's the missing w/s insulation. This creates negative pressure area near...

the MAF. Reinstallation should be free, unless you discarded the stuff.

Good luck.
