TT east unless someone has a quick bandage solution that will quiet this down for a couple of days.

Default correct way to repair those is to get a muffler shop to replace the bellows...

i suppose you can use something from autozone or elsewhere...they sell an exhaust wrap that will patch up holes or leaky exhaust pipes and hold up to the heat. only a temp patch, but may last you long enough to get it repaired later.

Default would they cut the old bellows out and weld in a new one? I was going to try a

a stainless wrap tonight, if I can get in there to put it on. I'm sure it will still be leaking some at the edges.

Default That exhaust wrap may last for 5 minutes that close to the turbo.... BTDT on a

VW Jetta.... nowhere close to the manifold, so cooler... still only lasted a few days. My $0.02 is that it's total crap. Get it repaired correctly... my opinion is to replace the pipe. For my car the part is about $370.

Default I intend to replace the pipe....but was looking for a quick fix to get to TT east in the TT...

Thanks for the feedback on the wrap....I probably won't bother with the effort since it's such a difficult area to access.
