Default With just lowering springs only, Is it going to be

absolutely necessary to get a camber kit?

Default Depends on how low you go...

With a reasonable drop, you will almost certainly need the kit with a TTR, probably need one with a TTC.

You're in a TTC still, correct? It does make a difference.

Default Correct it....>

You can do it, or do it right. Correct camber specs will enhance handling and tire wear

Default I highly recommend you do shocks at same time!!!

On my 180 Quattro Coupe I put H&R Sport Spring on with my stock shocks. The car looked good, but did not ride good. I highly recommend you change shocks at the same time. The labor cost should be the same, and you'll need an alignment anyway.

You will want a camber kit if you change springs (even if you do shocks also) unless you get some that do not change ride height. Without the camber kit, you will have a lot of negative camber and will wear out your tires faster.

If you don't care about tires, then no need for the camber kit.

Default Yea I assume the new springs have a higher spring rate which would

blow out the stock shock in no time.
