Is it just me? >>>
I have loved the MK1 TT design (inside and out) since the concepts were revealed and now am on my second MK1 TT.
After seeing and driving the MK2 (which I think is brilliant and a job well done by Audi) I have developed a new found appreciation for my MK1- its almost like owning an old school version of a modern sports car. It may not be a precision instrument like the new version, but is more significant and fun because of its quirks and uncompromised design.
I may end up getting a MK2 as my next car, but I am not in any hurry anymore.
Just thought I'd share and see if any of you find yourselves in the same boat.

Drove the MK II Roadster yesterday...
Nice but not unique like the MKI. DSG was flawless, but I prefer a stick.
Interior was ok but not edgy like the MK I.
I did like how they redesigned the top - The back area looks far better with the top down on the MK II than it does on the MK I.
But the SEATS!!!! My God! The seats are nice!
Otherwise....eh, no Wow factor for me at all.
