With just over 1 week to go before TT-East, last call for a roommate...
As mentioned, I've got a "mountain view" room w/2 beds. For 3 nights (including tax, resort fee, etc) the room is running $600. I wouldn't mind splitting the cost with a considerate roommate.
Also, while I can still drive the big American Avis rental car, I wouldn't mind riding with someone in a TT, as I'm flying in from the west coast. My preferences are the boat tour on Sat and probably something other than the autocross on Fri, since I can't really participate. I don't mind helping with gas on the drives.

Re: Wish I could join you... but the event is just too far... with premium gas at all time high...
You're right, it is a bit expensive. It would be easy to drop a grand for one person including gas, food and other expenses, which isn't a cheap weekend. It should be a lot of fun though.
