Default Seems like it depends on who you ask, it probably won't help with ......
HP gains in the stock air box, but it should last the life of the car.

Default If you think you'll end up with a TTDA, it's a waste of money, if you don't think you'll end up
with a TTDA, I'll sell you one for $30 plus shipping... It was a waste for me, since I ended up getting a TTDA (which did give a performance increase, whereas the K&N did not). However as a useful replaceable filter, they are nice. They will save you money if you keep the car long enough.

Default Get a K&N panel filter and hollow out your airbox, just as good as any CAI out there.
