K & N Filter install-Any last minute suggestions B4 I go for it?

Here is how to take off the cover....
Its quite simple....
There is 2 wood screws that hold down one side of the cover. Loosen them, but don't take them out. It suppose to stay there.(you dont have to do this next step, but I find its alot easier if you do) Next, disconnect the intake hose from the intake box and simply open the box up from its hinges. And boom your there.

Where be the bloody filter? I have always put K&N in my rides, but this car is new to me, and I have not yet been beyond the engine cover. I'd like to order one, but I am very curious to see where it will be going. Oh, and by the way, I presume it is the type of filter that is cleaned and re-oiled with a K&N filter kit or equivelent.
