related to the DV...it seems that it was.
Last night on my way home from work I was unable to get any boost from the motor. It seemed to me that the DV was sticking, so I took out the Forge valve and replaced it with my OEM to see if it was the problem. Well, it appears that the problem is related to the Forge since this morning my car was running fine (well except that the OEM valve is having a hard time holding the APR boost levels)
I ordered the aluminum upgrade and will repack the Forge with grease....
It seems to me that I will be taking this valve out periodically to relubricate everything.

Forge indicated your problem shouldn't happen on the 1.8T-sized valve...
...but I never believed that back during the aluminum-delrin piston fiasco in May. The aluminum pistons should fix all of your problems, and you might want to relube them once a year.
