Doesn't matter...>>
a good spec is a good spec. In most alighnment machines they have both the Std and sport settings....The "Sport" settings aren't really a spec, but more the result of lowering as there's no adjustment in a lot of places. Use these numbers...

Actually I have ran -2.5R for the past two years and have never had tire inconsistancies>
Now I have had my front tires go out real fast though!
I do pretty consistant rotations but the front always eats at more of the tire than the rear does.
I think the extreme negative camber suits my driving style. Although I wanted to try -1.6R just to see if it would make the back a little less planted. But I'm pondering up another solution for that.... Rear weight.
I drove with 80 lbs. of ice shoved all the way in the back of my hatch the other day and the car was AMAZING. I loved it. I didn't mean to drive fast but I did and it handled spectacular. So maybe that "harmonic dampener"hanging off the rear bumper doesn't have to be removed - but instead needs 40-50 lbs added to it! Or a nice battery relocation!

Just passed by that Firestone!
That's funny when I first read your review, I figured that the shop must be in a small town and I would never find a shop like that in NY. Especially Firestone with whom I've had poor results in the past.
I just passed by that Firestone on the way to Walt Whitman mall yesterday. That's good to know.

It's hard to find people who care anymore & it's hard to find shops that are >
willing to work with people who have modified cars. According to the Firestone guys a lot of shops wont take on "custom suspension" or anything deviating from stock because they are under the impression we will be back often, complaining, blaming our problems on them. So on and so forth...
Honestly. I don't give my car to a mechanic ever. My car has been to the shop five times:
1. Timing belt, inspection, and tire's rotated ($10 why not) when I first got the car and was too nervous to do it myself. Next belt (coming up) is ALL ME!
2. My A/C system's high pressure switch broke off and popped out of the line. They got me a really good price on the switch and swapped my freeon back in. I have no idea about the A/C system but it took me one whole summer and then till Oct. to fix it! I had the money and time, I just really didn't want them to have my car.
3. I was putting my fuel filter on and broke the nipple into the line. They had to drop my gas tank and put a new line on. Looking back I could have done this put I had just filled the tank up that morning and I really just went there for advice. It wound up costing me $300 to do a fuel filter!
4. Inspection < Both time's drive
5. Inspection < it in & out myself!
