Default Lime Rock Park?

As new to the 'east part' of the northeast I've not heard of this place... we were given tickets to the Vintage Festival for this weekend and wondered if anyone had been here, and what it was like. Did check out the web site but personal opinions are better. TT'anks!

Default Go, by all means! Picturesque, and the Vintage stuff is marvelous.

It's out in the beautiful Connecticut boonies, and accommodations will be at a premium. If you like to eat well, ask some of the locals at the track for suggestions. You may have to drive a bit.

Default One of the classic road courses of American motor racing. I

usuually attend at least one or two events there every year. It's a beautiful old track with an impressive history. The Audi Quattro club has a driving school there every June which is a must if you want to drive the TT at speed. The vintage festival this weekend should be very cool, featuring a number of races involving domestic and European race cars from the '50'2 and '60's. A fellow broker here at my firm runs a Macleran Can Am race car at this event, although I am not going this year. Definately go. For you, 95 South to Rt. 7 North all the way up. Great drive too!

Default GO! you'll have a great time!

The track is in a beautiful rural setting- the drive to the track can be a lot fun if you have a good map and navagator. I usually park in the infield because if its raining, I can get a viewing spot close to the track and watch from the comfort of my car. My favorite spot is no name straight.
