It came out to $3,650 for 19x9 and Yokohama S03. That was 6 months ago. I don't know if the recent dollar conversion rate has increased and affects the current wheel price.

stopping is better than stock...
Stoptech and brembo kits are probably better kits however they cost hundreds of dollars more. I decided on wilwoods because I wanted something better than stock at an affordable price. So far I am pleased.
