Default Looking to paint rear calipers (what have I become?!). Advise?>>

TireRack has a product called G2 Paint System....any experience?? Also, is a sweet job acheivable w/o removing caliper??...

Default I used a similar system on mine last year.. don't remember if it was G2 or not

but it did a decent job. Just make sure you get everything really clean, don't spare on the brake cleaner and a brush.

I did my fronts and rears without removing the calipers.

Default got my kit from Eastwood.....>>>>

comes complete with cleaners and everything......

You can absolutely do them on the car...just take your time... and mask off the sections you do not want painted...that is all.

Default You can use aluminum foil to mask-off areas....

and leave them in place....at least that's what others have done/posted here before.

Default Guess you got the mix and brush from Eastwood, not the aerosol,right?

I figure the mix and brush is better than the spray paint...

does it look nice?

Waiting on the set of RS4's that I bought to arrive, then the G2 (black) and rings go on!
