Default Losing my Mod virginity...

Courtesy of Mr. Schwing (thank you!) and TT West, I now have a Schwing TTDA sitting in the garage. That is one heck of a raffle prize!

Couple of questions, though. How hard is the install on a 3.2? I don't want to cut sheet metal for the intake hoses. Can I run it without the 2 feeds?

Would this take the car out of the stock class should I decide to Solo II?

Thanks again, Steve.

Buddy

Based on the fact the battery is not there, it's easier to install in a 3.2 than a 225/180

Default Congrats Buddy.!!....You're gonna need a little modifying...>>

To the filter neck for the 3.2. This is pretty easy to do and I can send you the part and instructions. Email me with your address and I'll walk you through it. Basically you trim the neck down a little and slip this adapter on..

Default PLEASE post pics of your install progress.....

that would help SO much!! I think my fiance and I are going to try and do it ourselves (if not, we have plenty of backup help thanks to a few of you guys!)

Could you take pics as you install, kind of step by step??

I will try, but I am mostly hopeless fiddling under the hood.

Thanks, Steve. Where did you route the 2 hoses?

Default Jeff Bipes did that one..>>

It was a "full" install with hoses to the grill...I believe you and I talked about the "simple" (2 short hoses, 1 behind the headlight and 1 through the fender hole) 15 minute install on that one, and easy swap back to stock for your Auto-X stuff...

Outstanding! Sounds like a more fun weekend than washing the car
