Default Lost my month/day/year setting - Don't have an owners manual - Help!

I have a 2001 TT bought used from a Jaguar dealer with no owners manual.

I was adjusting the clock on the dash display for daylight savings.

I adjusted the time, and all of the sudden...the month/day/year display dissapeared.

How do I get it back?

Thanks in advance

Default

pull the left **** as often as needed to get the day/date to flash, then turn **** CW, CCW is off.
