Default Lower grill opinion.

i have a hole and crack in the center lower grill, it been there ever since i got it. Dealer wants 58$ for the part, but i was thinking of doing something along the lines of this, either powder coated black or just the aluminum look. What do yall think would look better on my black tt?<ul><li><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&amp;ih=013&amp;sspagename=S TRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&amp;viewitem=&amp;item=23009677436 3&amp;rd=1,1">http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&amp;ih=013&amp;sspagename=S T

I actually like it. I'd go w/ black on a silver TT.

Default Man I bought some mesh from those guys thinking I'd do the same thing...

That mesh is a b!7ch to work with. I tried cutting it with snips and a dremel. The dremel worked better, but the mesh eats cutting wheels by the dozens. It took me forever to make just one of the lower side pieces. After that I just gave up on it. Be real certain that it's what you want to do before you order the mesh (which isn't cheap, either).
