san antonio. as I was turning left at an intersection, a truck desides to floor it and try and pass me on the left as I headed into my turn.
tHE OTHER DRIVER WAS ARRESTED....NO INSURANCE, SUSPENDED LICENSE, priors, warrants. etc etc
it was a toyota truck with an iron deer guard in front. no damage to the truck. Me? bruised leg, glass in my eye and ear. No big deal.
isn't there a side impact air bag? nothing deployed.

Wow, sucks to be you! But listen, I've been there. I had the fortunate pleasure of hitting a deer going about 15mph. He bounced off and ran away, and I was stuck without a car for 2 weeks. Oh, and 5.5K later.. it looks great. I'd say you have a bit more damage than me though.. Expect a 7-10K bill, my friend.. Have you had it appraised yet?
