Default MAF Vane out: No CEL's Yet after first commute after Mod

Despite concerns, no CEL's popped up during WOT from hard stop's this morning. My butt dyno is utterly useless so I'll have to see what the VAGCOM logs say this weekend.

BTW, I have the stock intake, airbox, MAF and ECU.

Default you MAY end up with a CEL since you have the stock airbox as there is more turbulence due to the

airbox design and short straightner (that little tube with a lip that connects to the MAF housing opening inside the box) - the air doesn't have enough room to smooth out before it hits the MAF. Unlike the airbox, open intakes USUALLY smooth the flow through by way of their mesh design (basically does what the MAF mesh is designed to do).

It will be fun to experiment and see what happens.
