Re: major FLUID QUESTIONS HELP!!!!!!
The Tranny fluid drain plug is 1/3 of the way down on the right hand side in this picture. The fill plug is in the upper center-right corner of the picture and is barely showing in the picture.

The rear differential drain plug is just above the right side red circle in the picture. The fill plug for it is on the opposite side, on the side of the differential.
The Haldex drain plug (very small compared to differential plug) is on the left hand side above the rear differential frame and or just to the right and above of the muffler hangar.

Just changed mine
I used 2.x quarts of Redline MT-90 on the man tran, it required a 14mm hex, it has a drain plug and a fill plug located in the "bevelbox".
I used the haldex filter and official oil, but the caulk gun sucked, I had to jack the car way up.
I used mobile 1 full syn 75-90 for the rear final drive which required a 17mm hex, it has a drain and a fill plug.
Note: I had hex sockets that I could remove the bit from the socket to fit in the tight spaces.
Good luck

There's no fill plug in the final drive>>>
There is an internal crossover pipe between the transmission and the final drive for the fill. But you drain via the individual drain plugs.
1. drain both trans and final drive
2. replace both drain plugs
3. fill via the fill plug on the front of the transmission
4. 2.6 liters (just under three quarts) will fill both to the proper level simultaniously

There is only one rear diff, and it's ummm in the rear ;-) >>
It's just aft of the haldex unit. I am thinking (someone correct me if I'm wrong here) that the tranny and front final drive share fluid.

Bentley calls for 1 liter (1.1 quart) in the rear differential
GL4 vs GL5... no stated spec!
I used AmsOil 75w-90 synthetic, in the trans and diffs. The bottle says "meets GL2 through GL5, and MT-1" so that's no help as far as your specific question!
