Default it was a matter of time (not much), but my spherical bearings broke loose from the

control arm. the circlip is keeping it retained, but chatters once in awhile on bumps and turns.

have to find another solution to keep it together. i'm seriously thinking JB Weld.

Default There wasn't enough adhesive with the kit - based upon my reinstall this weekend....

I used almost 5ml of the stuff on my reinstall vs the .5ml given with the kit. If it fails now - then i'll be the first to say it's a bad design. One of my control arms had a looser fit than the other - i'm pretty sure that is the one that failed. This time I could barely get it in with all the adhesive.

Time will tell. Sorry this did'nt work out for ya the first time.

Default the bearings are good...when they were 'glued' in. that's the weakest link...

if they can resolve that, it would be golden.

i always questioned the gluing part. something that is normally pressed in with a 2-ton press can't hold if the new bushing was glued in, no way. i think the tolerances are off...and judging from everyones failure...the right LCA is a different ID than the left.

i think what really needs to be looked at is just use a similar type of metal material that gives alittle and have it pressed in the same as OEM. done.

Default a week...

and i don't drive as much as everyone here.

but it was fine until i got caught in 2 thunderstorms...water probably worked its way into the glued areas and broke free.

no way it was going to hold. wishful thinking.
