All set to run 2 10" Infinty alum subs and Infinty alum compnents for front stage, Ultimately controlled through the factory head with a Audiocontrol Master Volume control, to avoid any Bose weirdness =)
Marcus
PS..this was runnig 2 12" solobarics and JL evo components thru an Alpine cva1005 with nav, changer and DSP.

Default marcus -- nice setup...should sound great (and i thought i had some big amps!)...but...

why did you keep the stock head unit? you can get a much better quality head unit than the oem, and it would really enhance the sound that you'll get from the rest of the system. (of course, my son says i was an idiot to replace the head unit, so all may not agree!)

Default I had an Alpine CVA 1005 foldout monitor/controller in the factory slot.

But cool as it was...It just didnt look right,Others may disagree but if I tune the system right I should be able to acheive really hihgend sound quality with what I have. I wll addthough a new antenna and mount it about the headliner because the audi antenna set up just plain sucks.

Default Jeezus Marcus, that's a beaut. Bet it sounds perfect. CAn you use the hatch space at all?

Not being a smartass. I wonder if you had some kind of wood enclosure in mind that allows space underneath for air to recirculate but would also allow you to use the hatch space some.

I know that is low on the priority list...

I assume you'll be at Lakeridge Winery this summer? I can't wait to hear that system!

Default Woah, Dude. A much bigger system than the coupe needs, don't you think?

That is, unless your ears are shot.

The stock Bose is great. Our music sounds just like the reference master of it on the Bose.
