Met with the Canadian West Coast Audi Reps today...
I spoke with them in great detail about (after market) mods. I was told the usual. Your Warrenty will be void if you do that crap! Be was told that Audi/VW is working on a chip, etc. for all there models. they are aware that there is a good % of ppl that are changing from OEM to Aftermarket, and would like a piece of the pie so to speak. Thus there would be no warrenty problems for all us mod hungry TT'ers.
They were very helpfull with alot of questions.
The Head Tech re-programed my remotes for the one touch locks, windows and stereo change at no charge, (rep told them to do it no charge).
Are they charging others for that?
Forge was installed today, i told the rep that i had changed it, he wanted to see it so i showed it to him. He didnt seem to think it was a problem knowing that they are having alot of probs with them all over. Possible get my money back for the puchase of it...

Re: What was the "stereo" reprogram? Accomplished what?
All it does to the stereo was made the adjustments to the Bass and Treble go to 6 instead of 5 for a range. It almost to much... Bass is on some songs Very Enhanced alomost to much but overal it's goo.
