Milltek exhaust & hi-flow catback...

Milltek exhaust & hi-flow catback...
arrived today, but I'm a little bummed. The back end of the hi-flow cats is kind of flat on one side instead of being completely round. In addition, the left exhaust tip on the silencer has a couple of dents & dings far enough back that I think they'll be visible. Right side is a little scuffed; can I buff it out? Is this being ****? I know the thing will perform, but I was hoping aesthetically it would be equally tight. Anybody here want to set me straight on my expectations? TIA!

Call Pete and explain...if you got it from them....He'll either console you and explain
that they all have a little nick here a ding there. Or, he'll ask if you want another one, if in fact you are displeased about it. But, you pay for the shipping unless you negotiate that, too.

This I know, thank goodness! The guys at Stratmosphere are pros - I've always had great customer service with Bob and Pete. I'm sure they will take care of me. Since this is my first aftermarket exhaust though, I wasn't sure what "normal" was.
