and there seems to be a rattle coming from directly under the middle of driver/passenger seats.. any idea what that could be due to? thanks!

Default Coming from the interior? If so... welcome to the world of louder exhausts! :-)

If it's coming from below the car and it only present under certain conditions, one of the joints aren't tight enough. Mine keep working themselves loose, I plan on buying some Borla clamps... eventually...

It may be the exhaust is vibrating something that was loose or check the hangers again.

Default yeah i looked at the center hanger and it appears to

be too close to the resonated center pipe.. i think that may be the issue. Is there any material that can be placed between the hanger and the pipe to dampen the sound?

Default Something soft, yet heatproof- like asbestos! Seriously >>

if you could take a picture, we might get a better idea. My non-res milltek didn't agree with the center hangar because the hangar lifted the pipe up too close to the edge of the exhaust well's heat shield underneath. That would've caused rattling for me.

The top part of the pipe is too close to the back hanger bracket.. and I think thats whats causing the rattle. Especially the right side.
