i'm going to say no.

Default I wasn't aware that there was an STI Legacy at this point.
That said, the Legacy has an STI engine, so it wouldn't be too awfully wrong...

I guess.

poser to me based on color.... aren't the blue STis more "brilliant" in blue hue? that looks navy.

Default That is correct.
No "STI" Legacy per-say, but it does have a detuned 2.5L turbo engine making 250HP vs. the STI's 300.
