If you blow off a boost hose again, unplug your MAF.. With the hose off air is being drawn in through the turbo so the MAF readings are high.. but the engine is only drawing in air as if it was an NA motor.. so it runs real rich.. You risk damaging your cat and 02 sensors with the extra fuel.. it also runs like crap. If you disconnect the MAF it should run perfectly at idle and part throttle.. WOT will still be lame becuse of lack of boost but it will be much easier to drive...
Done this many times on test drives where IC pipes were not sitting right after an install.

I'm not known to be a hoze blower either so I was quite surprised! ;-)

I"ve found T-bolts to cause more problems then fix them
Often times there is not enough room on the silicon after the lip on the pipes to get the t-bolts to clamp down because they are usually much wider, without having some silicon stick out the other side it actually helps them to pop off. Also people tend to tighten them too much becuase they can, which ends up damaging the silicon.
I've had much better luck with good quality (I like wurth/zebra) worm gear type clamps as they are thinner and the edges are rolled so they do not cut into the hose. Never have a problem with these.
I even have an inch/lbs torque wrench I used to use on every clamp on S4s before puttnig the engine back in..I had worked out the perfect seting that with a margin of error was the tightest they could go before breaking was a problem.. Never had one come off..

if you have a relocated DV, the plug where the DV went may be off.
that's what happened to me. boosting over 20lbs of pressure, i popped off the aluminum plug where the DV went. and just yesterday, i was cleaning some of the engine bay, and i noticed that the plug was inching out some. this time, i really cranked it down. hopefully, it'll stay that way.
