NE1 know which fuse is the cigarette lighter & how do I get the fuse panel off?

NE1 know which fuse is the cigarette lighter & how do I get the fuse panel off?
Went to plug the Radar detector in & nothing.Assuming the fuse blew cause the lighter went in but is not coming out.I don't want to f**k up the panel.TIA

#41 and it just pops off.
Open the driver's door and pry the fuse door open from the front of the dash. There are a few spring clips holding it in, it'll pop right out. The cig lighter is a 15 amp blade fuse, I think there might even be a spare one in the fuse box.
