So I've owned my Audi TT Quattro for 11 years, The cars been great to me for a long time.
A little knowledge about my black pearl; My car is not modified its all original except for the wheels and the water pump was upgraded to a metal propeller.
All the work on the car has been done by myself over the years except for Timing belt and a rack and pinion issue I had.

:!: Recently it seems that a lot of issues have piled on at one time :? . So, I'm looking for clarification as to what I believe the reasons are for the issues I'm having and also what else to look for if I may be incorrect.

:arrow: The issues I'm having are as follows;
1. Over heating when going up hill or when the car is idle
---I believe it to be the fan control module and it's Aux Fan seeing that the fans don't seem to be coming on, the drivers side fan spins freely however the smaller passenger side fan hangs up at one point on a spin.
2. A/C stopped working.
---I believe this issue to be related to the fans not engaging which is also causing over heating.
3. O2 sensors were replaced yet engine is still throwing a code that the unit has a faulty sensor..
--- I have no clue as to what is happening here and how to resolve it but I have to due to emissions testing.
4. I have a misfire on cylinder one.
--- I're replaced the spark plugs and all the coil pack yet the issue still lives on. Is it possible that the coil pack may be faulty or is there another issue I should be looking into that would be causing this problem? This also needs to be resolved due to emissions.
5. Acceleration seems to lag for moments.
--- I believe this is due to the misfiring cylinder.

Other than these issues my cars been a complete gem over the years
If anyone can direct me to other possible issues as to the cause of my problems, if I've properly diagnosed these issues, or any thing helpful at all it would be very much appreciated.

I'm picking up a new coil pack, fan module, fan assembly and a (post cat) O2 sensor in the AM in hopes of relieve these issues, so as soon as I have them installed I'm crossing my fingers the problems are solved but I feel like there might be more going on.
