need help with lighting issue

i just bought my 2002 audi tt quattro 6spd 225. my driver side running light is out, orange one runing below the headlight. turn signal still works, tried looking in the engine bay to replace it. this is my first german car and honestly i have no idea where to start or how to access this bulb for replacment. can any one give me a detailed description on how to get in and replace it?
