seeking optimum setup for 18's which should require more pressure than 17's....
if the 16's need 33/30 and the 17's 36/33 I am assuming 39/36 for the 18's. By the way I think your pressure seems high for the 17's for normal road use or even track use. I would see that you are not wearing tread from the middle of the tires.
