New EvoShield phenolic gasket installed. ...and a difference...
Nothing really earth-shattering here regarding the install. You can refer to my other page for that. A few shots of it going in place. I had to clean off some of the silicone seal on both poarts, but it wasn;t difficult.
Because I have done this before, the whole process of removing the manifold, cleaning the parts, and putting in the EvoShield took only 1 1/2.
After a warm-up period, Butt-Dyno sez it's smoother than the PG, and acceleration is smoother up to top end.
I went out after the install for a 20 mile drive, and came home and the intake manifold was *very cold*, much colder than with the PG.

My powergasket was not as distorted as others but it was out-of-shape at the 2 places I marked.
