My question being, should the bar go up to the 140 line when i turn the car on or is it okay that it only goes up that far?

I don't have the sender line hooked up yet btw, it is just wrapped up and secured in the engine bay.

Thanks, +12v is hooked up but not the sender, it moves up when i turn it on but only a few degrees.
