Default New South Performance Power Gasket Plus & Dahlback Manifold

Do these two work together?

I am probably going with a new Dahlback intake mani and was going to purchase the power gasket but didn't know if the gasket worked with the dahlback. Anyone running this setup?

Thanks.

Default Skip the powergasket...>

They're soft, don't seal well and Melt. Get the phenolic Evoshield instead...

(Personally I'd skip the DB to, but YMMV....)

Steve, you think the DB is a waste? I've read so many reviews for and against it I don't know what to think anymore. Just was thinking the pros outweighed the cons.

What do ya think?

I was thinking upgrading the Mani was my next mod.
Have done DV, ****, 4Bar, 42DD DP, Mill Exhaust, Dahlback chip, K&Ws, Sways, Evo V-Flow.

What might you suggest would be a better next mod.

Thanks in advance man....

Default I have it. Gave better driveability with just chip. But all these manis are $$$ >>

The more you spend on power mods...the less you get. If the couple $$ it'll cost doesn't phase you go for it. Not sure if one mani is better than another....because I don't put any worth in the so called tests. All are biased, driven by the $$ given by the tuner (You don't think certain tuners are always in mags because they provide superior stuff, do ya?).
Once you go mani you're spending a bit excessively...unless you go big turbo.... but that's a whole new level of addiction

fair enough and understand your point. Maybe I should do a brake upgrade first...

Just thought that the mani mod was next on my list.

So, you would say that your Dahlback and EvoSheild was a minimal gain of power?

Just weighting this mod vs Stop-Techs

Default Buy the Stoptechs.........

then 42DD downpipe and I can think of many other mods other than a Dahlback manifold to spend money on. Oh - Evo heatshield - new south is a POS.
