Default New stable mate added today, guess what it is? > > >

After several years of using the TT as a daily driver, I have finally purchased another car to help slow down the odometer on my Coupe (currently at 79,500).

I decided on the 2007 Honda Fit Sport AT (known as the Jazz outside the United States). This is the new entry-level Honda with a 1.5 litre vtec engine. I have the 4-speed auto trans with paddle shifters (standard!). This is a surprisingly roomy, quick and light little car that actually has a great amount of utility. It's by no means a design icon like the TT so the contrast in the garage is eye-opening to say the least! Here are some pics, see them all at the link below.

(Note TT content!)

The best "mod" I ever got was a daily driver to keep the wear and tear off the TT

Default Amazing, in that last pic, the Fit looks large next to the TT!

Congrats on the new car, MarTT. I know how much an extra vehicle comes in handy!

Default It's very light and nimble, sticks to the road, quick out of the gate,

I haven't played with the shift paddles yet, but I can see using those to hold a lower gear going through corners. It'll be a great commuter car - and it'll get looks because they are actually hard to find and in great demand. I won't mind the 38 mpg (hwy) and 31 (city) either!
