225 is soo much better than a 180, 180 is for girls

No Manek1, that was a good call although a lot of 180bhp guys have upgraded to a dual exhaust so that one is less reliable than the 6-speed or for that matter popping the hood and seeing the second intercooler pipe on the passenger side at a glance.

Actually in stock form the 180 engine is a much better place to start. By replacing the K03 turbo with a K04 (A lot of people will have to replace a turbo anyway) the 180 is capable of more horsepower than the 225 thanks to its higher compression ratio.

180's have 5 speeds and single exhaust stock unless they are European.
