Not sure if posted before, but... GEODESY - a GPS powered speed camera detection/alert system
Saw a article about it on Wired.com. GEODESY is NOT a radar/laser detector, but a unit that utilizes GPS and a database to alert you to known locations for speed cameras well in advance before you reach one.
Kinda slick! Especially for urban drivers I would think... but for £380 (about $550), it's a bit steep!

no news, but...
my GF is from Norway. Living over there for a year or so (would ship the TT) would be a terrific life experience. Most likely it will never happen, but it is fun to entertain the idea. Lets just say its on the short list of potential future places of domicile along with Moab. :-)
