OBD code

2001 TT 225Q

I keep getting P1128.
i'll clear & P1128 returns, sometimes not right away.
no other codes, just P1128.
runs great, i'm going crazy.

any thoughts?

You can Google the code, long term fuel trim too lean.

Possibly MAF or vacuum leak.
