Default octane boost. (TTigg)..sorry I missed this thread yesterday>>>

I have this stuff in my tank at the moment (32oz bottle, along with a full tank of 93 oct.). It DEFINTELY works. I was getting some pinging with the APR 93 and N75 combo, and now with the octane boost, I have no pinging whatsoever. Best $6 I ever spent! I wouldn't put more than 1 bottle in a tankful though...I think the label says something like 'don't exceed 10% of the total fuel volume'. So don't get any wild ideas of making 100 octane out of 93 octane ;-P

https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/752396.phtml</a

Default I've been using Outlaw oct. boost for about a year now, since I can only get 90

oct. gas, it does help, plus I think that the injectror cleaner, all by itself, makes it worth the cost.

Default Thanks Bob, this is what I figured

well worth the $6 to give me even 1-2pts (possible 93 from 91) so we'll see. Also working on trunk storage (cool bag) for a couple of these and fix-a-flat etc) My rear wheels are too big for the trunk! so fix-a-flat and Audi Assurance for emergencies mean I can possibly loost the spare

Default Here's my trunk storage....

I got it at home depot for around $20...it's not one of the really fancy ones. Obviously a spare wheel won't fit in there, but plenty of room for tools, extra oil, flashlight, detailing spray, etc, etc....
It's held in place with a black bungee cord attached to the tie-down hooks.

Default I would call APR. Sounds like their program isn't

retarding the timing when signaled by the knock sensor.
