Oh, coil packs...how I wish you were in my mailbox...
Seems that my coil packs are lost somewhere between TT Stuff and my house. I've contacted TT Stuff and they put a "trace" on it through USPS. I expected to hear from them late last week about where the package might be, but that hasn't happened. So...my question is this: What happens if I never get them? I don't want to be out the cost and have to buy another set. Has anyone ran into this before? Who's responsible? Oh, and if anyone sees a new set of coil packs laying around somewhere between NY and CT, they're mine.

USPS service is great, but their tracking SUCKS a big one. It usually updates 2-3 days
after the package arrives ; )
TTStuff should be responsible, IMO. If they chose not to insure the package, that's the risk they took. They would need to follow up with USPS if there is a claim.

Good to hear. They've always been pretty good about stuff...
I've gotten some things late a couple times and wondered why I'm paying for 3-day shipping. But overall, I've been happy with them.

I've never liked their tracking either. It's just....bad.
I would think TT Stuff would know they are responsible for it. Two weekends have gone by where I was planning on working on the car. But it's hard to change coil packs without new coil packs. We'll see how weekend #3 goes.

I just experienced that with my sway bar bushing order. I just kept emailing asking the status of
the package. Supposedly it was picked up but I never received it. They contacted USPS to trace the package. As of today, TTstuff said I should be getting it today.
