Default OT: Here's a link to our sailing blog if anyone is interested.

Most of you know that my wife and I are cruising the Bahamas in our sailboat this winter. We have started a blog that will document our trip. We will be updating it whenever we have internet access, which should be fairly regularly (depending on where we are at the time). We have already begun blogging about our trip with it, but the blog is still in its early stages. If any of you are interested in following our trip, feel free to bookmark/subscribe to the blog. It should be interesting and fun.

sail blog!!

Default Cool...speakin of getting your skinny A$$ up the mast......>>

I put together a pretty slick little ascender setup, complete with mountain climbing harness, foot rests and one way ascenders for gettin up there on a rope with no assist (like if Caitin is out of it on Margarittas or something). You can kinda inchworm your way up a line. Lemme know if you want to borrow it for the cruise...
shoot me an email with the ADR and I'll send it down.....I may also have some harnesses and some clip in safety lines you're more than welcome to borrow!

Here's me up there doing something!
