I have big plans for this place if it works out. Entertianment and pool table in the living room. One of the bedrooms will be an office. I also am going to see about getting one more spot of parking from the guy. Neighborhood within like 6 blocks any way is very nice and pretty. Beyond that though it is a little more "diverse". It is 3 min from work, and like 5 from downtown Milwaukee. I visited the place and it was the nicest place inside. Every where else was nice, but this place really tickles me pink ;-). Plus my across the street neighbor owners a high preformance car shop. He parks his show car in the spot next to mine, SO lets hope I can get some deals.

Default Oh, yeah, ummmm ... of course... ;-)

He was a child prodigy and started in the field of historic preservation while he was still in diapers. ;-)

BTW, I always found it interesting that both our previous and current houses are contemporary. ;-)
