Default OT question: re: the American flag

I have a flag that has been hanging from my balcony. It is fairly big 3'x 5'. It is quite nice but has gotten a bit dirty from the elements.
It is 100% polyester. Since it is dirty, is it appropriate to get it dry cleaned or should I bury it since it is a bit dirty?

Default Clean it!

Since it's polyester, it could be washed or dry-cleaned. See the link for link to the US Flag Code and other flag questions.

American Legion flag site
